plots crate のコマンドオプション
-c(str) : Address of where the pool reward will be sent to. pool 報酬受け取り先アドレスの指定
-p(str) : Hex public key of pool プールのHex公開鍵の指定

コマンドオプションだけじゃ動かんぞ、何の文字列を指定するんや？
