Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Holder is
entitled, upon surrender of this Option at the principal office of the
Company (or at such other place as the Company shall notify the Holder
in writing), to purchase from the Company up to 5,000,000,000 (five
billion) XRP. . . . The exercise price for the XRP issuable pursuant to
this Section 1 shall be $0.0085 per unit of XRP (the “Exercise Price”).
This Option shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term
commencing on the date hereof and ending at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time on
September 14, 2019 (the “Exercise Period”).
