Q: If I have I have participated with 5 ETH (or Any # of ETH before)
is it possible to send more during the ICO to upgrade my Centra Card?
A: Yes, as long as you use your same ETH wallet addressed used for the previous transaction
you can send the additional amount needed for an upgraded card.
30 ETH = Gold
40 ETH = Gold Metal
100 ETH = Black Metal
500 ETH = Titanium Metal
Q: If i have sent less than 5 ETH and want to get a card can I send ETH to equal
the 5 ETH required to get a Free Centra Blue Card?
A: Yes, as long as you use the same ETH wallet address as before you can send
more ETH to hit the 5 ETH minium to get a free Centra Blue Card.
Q: When will my card ship?
A: Centra Titanium Cards have already begun shipping. US orders are set to be distributed between now and November.
International is set to begin in November-December
Q: Can I get a Centra Card if I don't partcipate in the Sale Septemeber 19th?
A: Yes public orders can be made within the app beginning mid 2018
Q: What platforms will the Centra Wallet be available on?
A: The Centra Wallet will be available on iOS, Android, And Desktop Web App version
Q: Will you guys be listed on Exchanges?
A: Yes, we will be immediately available to trade on Centra Network, Livecoin, Cryptopia, Yobit, and Etherdelta.
21 days post ICO is when we will be listed on Kraken, and xBTCe. We are currently working on HitBTC, Bittrex,
and a few other international exchanges with more details to come.
Q: Is the Centra Card a Visa or Mastercard?
A: The Centra Card, depending on your jurisdication and location, will either be a Co-Branded Prepaid Visa Debit Card
or Co-Branded Prepaid MasterCard issued by our sponsoring banks.
Q: Who insures the Centra Wallets funds as described in your White Paper?
A: Centra uses a similar company that Coinbase Inc, (US Based Company) uses.
They insure all funds held as assets in the app, USD is also FDIC insured (When available in 2018).
The insurance company has noted to be confidential based on our NDAs with them. As you can reference Coinbase, insurance information isn't always provided.
Q: Who is the issuing bank for Centra Cards?
A: Currently we have NDAs in place to not share information about our bank till our public period in our contract is made available to disclose.
We are also working on a large partnership with a local bank in Ohio to do a exclusive partnership with Mastercard worldwide.
News on that will be released when complete.
Q: Based on the above question, does that mean Centra Cards would just be mastercards? And if so what do i do with my Visa Centra Card?
A: When this contract is complete we will be issuing new Centra Cards in Mastercard and shipping them priority to the Card holders.
We don't anticipate this happening till the end of the year.

Q: Does Centra plan to become it's own bank?
A: Yes, after January passes and we file our Tax returns necessary to submit our application this January,
we will send all documents needed to first become a Trust charter which is the stepping stone in getting
a Federal Banking License. Once that is complete we plan to have a banking license approved within 1-2 calendar years and issue the Centra Card's ourselves.
Q: How does Centra make money if there are no fees on the Centra Card?
A: Centra makes a percentage from all transactions performed on the Centra Card from our network of partners.
The Centra Card was also not designed as a revenue model, but a global solution to build a large user base.
We have products that contain revenue model within the Centra line of products plus proprietary systems that we are generating revenue from.
Q: What happens in the event of a fraud transaction on my card?
A: All fraudulent chrages are protected by 0% liability by Visa and Mastercard just as any other product from them.
Q: When I return an item how does the money get refunded?
A: You will receive a refund based on the current dollar amount of the asset used:
EXAMPLE: I charge $1000 for a item and used .1 of BTC (assuming BTC at the time was .1 = $1000), then i return it and BTC is valued
at $1100 per .1, you will receive $1000 worth of BTC at the time of the return (.09) same would happen if the price dropped you would
receive more BTC. We return the BTC based on the dollar value of the asset at the time of the returning transaction.
Q: What happens if i loose my Centra Card?
A: There will always be a flat $10.00 reissuing fee + shipping for all Centra Cards that need to be re-issued.
Q: How are you guys in the US and allowed to do a ICO?
A: CTR is a utility token designed to work in our ecosystem and tied to a product.
During our ICO you are purchasing an item which are listed below and receive tokens in the package.
