Factomdを走らせずにwalletappをLaunchしたのならWallet is offlineになって正常だと思う
不正アクセスやらで盗まれたりしないように気を付けてね

2. Launch factomd by following the instructions here for your OS.
On Windows you can simply double click on the desktop shortcuts created by the installer for Factomd and Factom Walletapp.
If launched for the first time wait about 10 minutes for the blockchain to sync.
Depending on your computer speed, it may take multiple starts of factomd to download the blockchain due to an intermittent bug.
Subsequent launches of factomd will also take a few minutes to locally verify data before showing balances.

3.Launch walletapp which is located in the same folder as the other binaries.
