send Burst って書いてあるので、ひとまず 5 Burst お返ししました。その後10分くらいで↑の表示も消えて
rewardassignment.html で登録することが出来ました。どうもありがとうございました。

tagger 8191 だと 4GB メモリが必要ってあるので。4000m はヒープ指定しないとダメなんでしょうね。

The maximum stagger amount of 8191 will cause the JVM to require almost 4GB of ram while generating,
and will write data in chunks of just under 2GB at a time.

ちなみに手元の環境 (win7 x86_64, 8 GB RAM, VM) だとWow64の時はヒープ不足でJVMが起動できなくて、
-Xmx1000mくらいじゃないと起動出来ませんでした。切り分けしてないですが、多分 32bit Javaが原因だと思います。
